Whether you have a Harry Potter or DC loving friend sometimes it can be hard picking new, different items they don’t already own. And with the holidays right around the corner it’s time to think about what to get them. Or yourself.
This post is for the smaller businesses/those I believe deserve more attention.
Side note: none of these are sponsored but solely brands I personally like and have bought for others.
Tee Turtle

Happy Holidroids – Tee Turtle
Cute, nerdy, pop-culture t-shirts.
Whether you need a Star Wars, Marvel, or Adventure Time item, there’s a variety of pop-culture, cute, and nerdy shirts for everyone. They even make socks and plushies.
Keep an eye on Tee Turtle. They’re constantly having sales.
Nats World of Bracelets

Mulan Bracelet – Nats World of Bracelets
Disney inspired bracelets and jewelry.
An adorable gift idea for the Disney lover in your life at affordable prices. They fit almost every wrist size with an added stretch and the charm representing each franchise gives it that extra something.
Amourable Art

Hogwarts Castle Print – Amourable Art
A watercolor, cut-and-paste technique created by Pat Kenrick. I discovered Amourable Art at a local craft show and can say they look even more impressive in person. With a variety of images from superheroes to Disney princesses, there’s something for everyone.
Cognitive Surplus

Constellation Star Chart Hardcover Journal – Cognitive Surplus
Science meets design.
Not everything has to be Pop Culture related right? I own one of these notebooks (specifically the one above) and have yet to use it because I don’t want to use it up. Whether you need soft, hard, small or large notebooks or t-shirts and mugs this store offers an array of science-related items.
Jordandene

Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious T-shirt – Jordandene
Fandom in everyday fashion.
“Kylo Ren is a Punk Bitch” is all it took for me to love this store. Nerdy yet eloquent sayings on shirts, tanks, and sweaters.
BeeDoo.TO

The Little Mermaid Magnetic Bookmark – BeeDoo.To
Who doesn’t love cute, nerdy, magnetic book marks? They’re made well with adorable designs of Harry Potter, Disney, and even Warcross.
Fanmail

Leading Ladies – August 2017
Bimonthly Geek Subscription Box for Women
I reviewed Fanmail boxes before but what I love about their shop is what they offer besides the monthy boxes. Single and past boxes as well as singular items from said boxes like shirts, tote bags, and mugs.
Hopefully this post helped someone, anyone, with their last-minute shopping for the holidays or any special occasion for that geeky person in their life. Even if you are that geeky person in your life.

How much is the Fanmail box, do you know offhand?

They’re $22-$25 depending on shirt size and that’s for the bi-monthly box. They have themed boxes like a Luna Lovegood or Warcross box and those prices vary. I’ve gotten both kinds and it’s very worth it ☺

Unfortunately where I live doesn’t offer many independent stores so I like getting what I can from craft shows or etsy. Thanks for the comment 😄
