The MEGA Love for Autumn Tag

It’s my favorite time of year for craft shows and all things pumpkin.

As she said in her post, this is a long tag, 60 questions to be exact. Let’s get into it.

The Tag

1. What signifies the start of Autumn to you?

I get into the spirit of Autumn after Labor Day. That’s when all the fall symbols like pumpkins, mums, and anything orange is brought out.

2. What are you most excited about for Fall?

Craft shows, all the pumpkin food and desserts, wearing my boots and cardigans, and decorating.

3. Name one place you want to visit this Autumn.

I’d love to go to a pumpkin patch but I have no idea where the closest one is around here.

4. What is one item on your Autumn Bucket List?

I’d like to bake more, specifically pumpkin-related desserts.

5. What is the best way to spend a rainy day?

Inside, binging a show or Youtube videos or playing games, wearing sweatpants or joggers, and my dog taking up the couch.

6. What gets you into the fall spirit?

Again, pumpkins, any kind of fall decorations, leaves changing color.

7. Describe your ideal fall day.

Well, I’m off from work for starters. When I take my dog out early in the morning I’ll enjoy the cooler starts then change into something comfy for the day. Then I’d like to think I’d go somewhere like a farmer’s market then get home and spend the rest of the day chilling.

8. What TV show are you most excited about this fall?

What the hell am I excited about…usually I’d say The Walking Dead but I’m really not that excited about it.

Can I say hockey? Cause I don’t mention it a lot on here but I’m a big hockey fan. I’m also excited about the last season of Supernatural.

9. What are you being for Halloween/What were you this Halloween?

I haven’t dressed up in years. It’s hard to with my job, I can dress up but it’s limited, and I don’t really go anywhere that would warrant me dressing up.

10. What is the Fall weather like where you live?

It’s still kind of hot for a few weeks but then it gets cooler and is great sweatshirt weather.

There was one year it snowed around Halloween. I didn’t like that.

11. What changes do you look forward to in Autumn?

Clothing. I love wearing combat boots and cardigans or sweaters. I just feel comfier.

12. Is pumpkin spice worth the hype?

I don’t think I ever tried it so I can’t say.

13. What is the first thing that comes to mind when you think of Autumn?

The Halloween specials.

14. What is your go-to an autumnal beauty product? A must-have staple.

If you asked me last year I would’ve said some Bath & Body Works product but I don’t use them anymore since they’re not cruelty-free so, at the moment, I don’t have one. I pretty much use the same products year-round, but I’ll probably start to use more face masks.

15. Do you have any Autumn traditions?

Craft show. My family has always gone to a craft show for as long as I can remember.

16. The moment of truth, is Autumn your favourite season?

It’s my second favorite…I’m sorry, spring is number one to me.

17. Do you decorate your room/home for autumn?

I do! I’ll get out orange lights and put fall decorations up, then my family decorates as well.

18. Do you have any fall pet peeves/something you dislike about fall?

That it’s closer to winter aka snow?

1. What is your favourite Autumnal Colour?

Light orange or dark purple

2. What is your favourite Fall Scent?

Pumpkin

3. What is your favourite Autumn Candle?

My mom has one that’s Fallen Leaves which I like.

4. What is your favourite Fall Fashion Item?

Combat boots or cardigan…I think cardigan wins.

Changing my answer after reading the next one, combat boots.

5. What is your favourite Fall Accessory?

Shit, can I say cardigan for this one? Or scarves.

6. What is your favourite Autumn Lip Colour?

I just use chapstick.

7. What is your favourite Fall Nail Polish?

A light orange

8. What is your favourite Autumnal Drink?

Cherry cider we get from the Virginia Farmer’s Market.

Alas, it is four hours away.

9. What is your favourite Fall Treat?

My work makes these pumpkin cookies with icing that are the best and I could eat an entire package on my own.

Also, pumpkin roll-ups.

10. What is your favourite Fall Flavour?

If you haven’t guessed, pumpkin.

11. What is your favourite Thanksgiving Food?

My grandma’s homemade noodles.

12. What is your favourite Halloween Candy?

Reeses’s Cups

13. What is your favourite Fall/Halloween Song?

I’ve always liked “Monster Mash”

14. What is your favourite Fall/Halloween Film?

Probably Halloweentown

15. What is your favourite Autumn Makeup Look?

I don’t really wear makeup.

16. What is your favourite Autumn Beauty Trend this year?

17. What is your favourite Fall Fashion Trend this year?

I don’t really follow yearly trends like I said I usually wear boots and sweaters, but I have been doing the thing with button-up shirts and tying them at the bottom.

18. What is your favourite/Most Worn Sweater/Jumper?

I have a Star Wars sweater with the words spelled out in lightsabers.

19. What is your favourite Autumn Memory?

It’s usually taking a weekend to stay with my aunt in Maryland and going to a huge craft festival down there. We used to do it every year but haven’t gone to that one in a while.

20. What is your favourite photo you’ve taken in Fall?

Unfortunately, I have deleted some fall photos but here are two from the past few years.

The one on the left is a picture of my backyard and the one on the right is the first time I made pumpkin gobs (sorry, whoopie pies.)

21. What is your favourite Autumn activity?

This one is hard. I’ve been a witch more times than I can count. I dressed as Boo from Monsters Inc. one year and I enjoyed that one a lot.
